I find myself creating stories for these images, imagining worlds, thinking about the process of the photographer convincing his subjects to participate, wondering if the subjects would ever do it again. I think about how rare it is we actually meet strangers in such ways, yet how easy it is to imagine that so many of the people in these images could know each other, could sit down for Thanksgiving dinner together.
